We started LivingRoom after realizing how limited existing iPhone and iPad monitoring tools really were. Parents didn't have a clear picture of what their kids were actually seeing, kids found gaps in protection, and sometimes it was just too easy to bypass the parental controls altogether. LivingRoom was built to close those gaps by keeping parents in the loop via screenshots and using AI to automatically remove pornography from the screen. We believe comprehensive screen monitoring is the strongest foundation for digital safety.
Chris has developed iOS apps for major brands such as Krispy Kreme, Buffalo Wild Wings, Wendy’s and AARP. More recently, he has developed apps and systems for national security. He built this app as an act of love for his oldest son who is an expert at getting distracted & exploring boundaries.😉
Ben has spent years leading Tech Lockdown, a platform that has reached millions of people who want to block pornographic content. His work has focused on DNS filtering and Apple device management—giving him deep experience with the challenges faced making technology free from harmful online content.
